Wind, rain, more rain. Cool temperatures with a few brief warm, sunny days. Flowers open slowly, leaves even slower, as if they Really Don't Want to Come Out!! All this on top of the long, cold, awful winter we just endured. Somedays it seems as if summer will never arrive..and yet-yesterday I listened to frogs singing. They seemed to say-spring lasts a brief time, winter forever. Enjoy. Live. Sing....
Life is short. It's hard sometimes,even painful. Some days you wonder if it's really worth it-overwhelmed, overextended, sleepless....but-spring does come. The sun does shine. I will choose, today, to listen to the song of the frogs....
